I’m extremely happy with the service I received here. Rick is truly an amazing person. He helped me throughout the entire process and made everything so much easier. I’ve been having tire-related issues for a long time, and this was the first time someone actually took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident about every step of the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, professional service. As I said, Rick is an awesome guy. Thank you!

This place has really turned around! And it starts with Zach the store manager who is an amazing leader and isn’t afraid to help the technicians out in the back, next Brendan up front is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the best way to help you. Finally the technician that worked on my car mason, he was fast, efficient, and true to his word and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Overall one of the best firestones I’ve been too!!

I brought my Honda SUV in on a Sunday for a nail removal. Chris and the team tried to patch the tire 3x with no luck. They were very honest and transparent, and they didn't charge me anything for their work. Luckily the tire was under warranty because it had to be completely replaced. I will definitely come back. Thanks!
